The 3D Visualization of the Residential Project "Woodbourne Park" in Goa seeks to bring to life an exquisite living space nestled in the natural beauty of Goa's landscape. This project aims to provide potential buyers and investors with a captivating and immersive visual representation of the planned residential complex, showcasing its architectural brilliance, lush surroundings, and modern amenities.

The Project dealt with architectural visualisation fo both exterior and interiors

Exterior Views: To object was to Create breathtaking 3D renderings showcasing the residential complex from various angles, capturing its architectural elegance, landscaping, and the picturesque backdrop of Goa's natural beauty.

Interior Spaces: Visualize the interiors of different types of residential units, highlighting their design, furnishings, layout, and use of space. Showcase living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms with meticulous attention to detail.

Methodology:

1. Data Collection: Gather architectural blueprints, floor plans, landscape designs, and design specifications to form the foundation of the 3D visualization project.

Landscape Integration: Incorporate the surrounding natural landscape, including flora, fauna, pathways, and outdoor amenities, to enhance the project's realism, was all done in photoshop. I tried to merge all the elements in photoshop. As I found that the models was becoming too heavy for my computer to render.

I created a separate files for the landscaping element keeping the camera angle and sun position intact and then bring them in Photoshop to merge layer by layer. Though the work was time taking and repetitive but it saved my file from getting corrupted . t the end I was proud of my result.
